Permanent, 37 hours per week term time only to start in September 2024 

VTG10 Scale Point 30-33 starting salary £31,858 per annum, pro rata (actual starting salary £27,250 per annum) + Health Cash Plan and Benefit package

We are looking to recruit staff who are genuinely inspired to work within a strong, supportive team, delivering high quality provision for the children within our care; staff who are energised by thinking outside of the box and making learning fun and fabulous. Cross Trust working with both secondary and primary schools gives us the opportunity to share resources and expertise.

Previous experience of working with children is essential as is flexibility and a sense of humour.  We strive to offer the highest level of education and trust that you will have equally high expectations. The Trust offers a wide variety of CPD opportunities.

You will:

• Be educated to a high standard with a GCSE Grade C in Maths and English in addition to an NVQ in teaching and learning or equivalent qualification

• Drive the Academy's vision and expectations to have a significant impact on students' life chances

• Be bold, optimistic and tenacious in setting and achieving high standards

• Communicate and relate to students to enable you to build effective working relationships

• Have a proven track record of supporting students in a learning environment
